I called about my portable gun safe being accidentally locked and Dave the owner gave me several options to help unlock it before I came by. I couldn't reach anyone that made the oversees safe so I stopped by on my lunch break and Jeff unlocked it in less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I should have came by sooner.
I called them 4 days in a row. Each day they said they were going to come make a key for my my car and no one showed up. Completely unreliable.
They are great here! I have come a few times for keys needed for locks and they are fast and polite. Definitely recommend!
Phone operator was nice enough. Was told I would be called 30 minutes before they would be out or when they were on the way. The time it took for them to call I had already had another locksmith get out to me. (I had initially missed the call and text but responded 3 minutes later) I let the technician, Tyler, know this and that I'd like to cancel the call. He never came in and we were still charged a service call, first time something like this has happened with any vendor I've worked with. I'm chalking it up to poor communication on their end and just taking the $100 charge as a loss.
