The food was delicious, the vibe of the store was so great. And the fact that it’s a family-owned business too. My only issue was when I first entered I was greeted very bluntly. But I would also maybe think it was a bad day for them. When collecting my food, and after thanking them they seemed to warm up a little bit. Overall very good.
Food and coffee was awesome definitely would come back but the staff didn’t make me feel entirely welcome. I was being nice with a smile but the blonde lady was blunt and gave me disgusted looks for my whole visit like i was an alien or something. She didn’t do that with anyone else but me like i wasn’t meant to be there.
We used Quartz Cafe to cater our baby shower and had a fantastic experience. Communication from the initial enquiry through to collection was seamless, and the service was amazing. On collection, the team kindly brought all the boxes out to my car which was such a thoughtful touch as I was on my own. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing catering for an event.
A nice local, family run cafe with great, friendly staff and the BEST bacon and egg rolls. I mean the tradie rolls are as big as my head haha. Awesome coffee too
Arrived to get coffee at 2.40pm. Told coffee machine and grill is switched off at 2.30 but doors dont close until 3pm - that is not advertised like that. Why not just shut your doors at 2.30? No customers in the store, no coffee or hot food being served and the remaining left over cakes from the day were wrapped up. Another coffee shop was grateful to get my multiple coffee order this afternoon
