I’m only giving it 5 stars due to Alayana’s amazing customer services. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly. She was in the fragrance area. I came to smell some newly released scents. She was super busy due to it being a Saturday. I told her that I can wait for her help due to multiple people asking for her request for help. I went roaming around and totally forgot about the perfume scent but she came and found me, sprayed the new scent from Armani on a tester strip for me. I’m so amazed she remembered. Alayana, your amazing customer services did not go unnoticed.

This is my first time going to Ulta Beauty hair salon. I had an AWESOME experience!!! I made an appointment online. Walked in with bad, spotted baylage from another stylist. Stephanie Guzman is the best!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She gave me what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I am super happy I gave Ulta Salon a shot but most of all I have the thank Stephanie!!!! I will definitely be returning.
Went there and my experience was awful. Certain employees act very strange and kept wanting to assist me even though I already asked for assistance. 10 minutes passed and I tell a certain employee that I no longer want a product they are seeking and she totally acted clueless and kept insisting that she help me making me feel utterly stupid. Please hire competent people who actually know how to apply makeup as well.
It was our first time there was trying to get something for my daughter had asked for help instead of taking us to the area of the item we were looking for and helping us find it they kind of just rudely pointed I ended up finding it in a whole different area by my self won't be returning here ..
