I would like to say that I am a pet lover. I have three Pomeranians. They are not service animals. I have common sense not to bring them to public places. However today while I was shopping a lady had her dog with her. During my visit I came across the dog and collided with the dog leash and caught myself before falling. The lady was irritated with me, I told her that she needs to keep her dog close and it was not a service dog. She tried to follow me throughout the store to get a rise out of me. As I proceeded to pay she was in front of me. She intentionally let the dog in front of me as I walked around it and proceeded to purchase my items. ( by the way I was uncomfortable how the lady made me feel so I decided to end my shopping.) I requested to get the corporate number to see what the policy and procedures are for animals in the store that are not service dogs. Customer service took my call and would further investigate. I can say staff was nice they did help me in the beginning. Maybe I might get pushback for posting this however I strongly believe we shall all be respectful with service dogs and keep your house pets at home!
I had an amazing experience with an associate named Jo at the register. She helped me resolve what I thought was a complicated transaction from the Ulta at Fashion Fair Mall and she also applied my birthday coupon that an associate at Fashion Fair had told me I couldn’t use because I had already used a gift card. Jo was incredibly sweet and made me feel less anxious about the situation I had experienced at the Fashion Fair location. She never made me feel like it was too much trouble and handled everything with patience, kindness and with professionalism I’ve always loved this Ulta but Jo truly made it my favorite Ulta ever. I will absolutely be coming back always
I am very new to makeup and I needed every single product along with some training on how to use them. Miss. Tate worked on it with me with absolutely no judgement and she very sweetly got me all the right products based on my requirements. That was one of the best customer services I have received, the one that stays. I wish her all the best.
I’m just really tired of this store with its arrogant people oh jillian assuring prices and charging the wrong price at check out without proof after I tried to explain to her and she didn’t even let me speak. After I found out the travel size at this store was charged wrong because this is not the first time buying DIOR. I noticed that the travel size was priced at $132 for 1OZ when it’s supposed to be $90 1. 1OZ I went back to the store to resolve the issue and we didn’t come to an agreement so I did a return on it. You can see a discount on the receipt because I am a DC employee and I will speak out on issues like these. At this point I’m worried for the companies future since I know I’m no the only person that has issues like these and still have “associates” that are there to help but are more there to help lose sales. The manager was standing next to her and didn’t do or say anything what’s the reason for your pay? To sit down in the back all day? I have receipts below thank you. Have a nice day.
Convinced me to purchase 75$ worth of products to receive the free robe or plush( their promotion) then after purchase told me they were out of robes and throws ....so they scammed me more or less in a way ...I won't be going back ever, I regularly purchase from here $100 plus but never again, I even called to see what she could do for me and she said she'd do nothing because it was while supplies but while they were shoving stuff in my cart they didn't mention that detail.
