Had an odd experience being made fun of/ mocked by some of the employees. I went in to purchase fragrance, and I was with my boyfriend, we both talked afterwards about how rude it was for an employee to act this way. Even mocking me saying, "thank you so much." I believe there needs to be stronger management at this Fashion Fair location, I almost didn't buy what I went for because of this rude behavior from your employees, including Amanda. EDIT: Very sweet employees today and so appreciated Mj! Thank you all, I would like to add this experience was exactly as we'd all be grateful for! Great customer service and advice🩷
I went into the store yesterday for my birthday not expecting to get anything and all of the employees were so incredibly sweet! I got to try out a bunch of products (I didn’t know I could wash my hands in the sink so that was fun lol) and the girl that was helping me was so helpful and kind. She put some leave in conditioner in my hair so I could try it out and I ended up taking it home. 10/10 experience, definitely gonna go back for more stuff soon!
What happened to Daniel and the ladies that are usually there? Because the customer service has went down Drastically I walked in not one employee acknowledge me when I walked in. I grabbed my bath bomb and waited at the counter not one employee said I’ll be with you in a minute. You Should work On your customer service while being on the floor. The new set of team that you guys hired on needs lots of work you guys got rid of great people I do appreciate the little sample of the face scrub. The gentleman was really nice after he rang me up,
My go to for all my skin and hair needs!! I absolutely love this place I always feel welcomed no matter the time of day I’ve also noticed a great strong development with this staff over the last few months the whole staff is absolutely amazing so I never need to worry about who’s helping me. The knowledge they have about their Products is great and you can be sure they will steer you in the right direction. Psa I recommend the conga 😊
