I had a great shopping experience with Jess. She colored match me, guided me and was able to help me find everything I needed for my purchases. She has such a bubbly personality and super easy to talk to. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays but Jess delivered that. The reason why im not giving a full 5 star rating is because how understaff they were. I understand everyone is busy helping others so i waited a little longer but thats retail for ya.
