The staff there is worthless. They act like we are bothering them if they have to actually work. They suck in customer service and they have no knowledge of their own products. Sally's you need to clean house and start new. You've lost me and my business at this location. I'd rather drive 6miles to another one,than have to deal with the rude laziest employees you employ. Have you been to that store? Maybe you should,secretly... Just saying
Got to the store was greeted and what felt like a welcome but ended up being kind of weird. Like when you are being watched as if your a thief. Was interviewed before I was recommended any shades of red. Wasn't allowed to hold the products that I was going to purchase. Was told to put the items on the counter instead of holding it in my hands while unde the watch of her eagle eyes.. Was almost bum rushed by the clerk when I had to nerves to go down an aisle without supervision to grab a bottle of nail polish remover. Recommended to my kid a shade of dark red was the color she was looking for when my kid said she wanted pink. I bought all the stuff and then was rudely dismissed after the sale went through. Over all experience never wished for personal space more than that visit today at the beauty salon.
Excellent customer service, great staff. Good knowledge of products. On the downside the store carries much less inventory than it used too. Additionally prices are double than they were 5 years ago.
I went to Sally's today 7/12/14* the girls were completely rude and unprofessional. Completely ignorant and disrespectful acted like a bunch of 16 year old who were there just to clown around. Doesn't know how to greet their customers nor help out their customers at all. Went in today to go ask for help about some hair products that I wasn't sure about & one of them just walked away & the other two replied to me that they're not sure and roll their eyes. And that's all about it of all the help that I have received from them, the employees in Sally's. They then weren't watching over the store, but continued talking amongst each other carelessly not worrying about their customers' need/help at all but just standing together chatting like no customers were inside the store. Also blocking the ail expecting for us to go around the other ail to get to the other side. Pathetic. A professional/stylists has no idea or knowledge of what they're doing in Sally's Beauty Supply? Something's seriously wrong with that. Goodness graces b*tches like these needs to be fired. Complete disappointment with bad customer services from rude and ignorant employers like these. HORRIBLE, NEVER AGAIN will I be coming to this Sally's supply store.
Customer service is trash on almost all occasions. Once I went in there and the two females working were talking smack about a previous customer, saying that they recommended the wrong thing purposely and laughed about it. They never have their lashes and glues stocked either.
