Frances has done my eyebrows three times now and I’ve loved them every time! The first time I called in, she was very patient and showed her expertise by reminding me that I couldn’t wax while using retinol (I had completely forgot!). So she took her time and tweezed my brows to perfection! After that, I was convinced that she is the best! I just went this past weekend and asked if I could change my shape a bit (I have thick brows that are kind of dark, and I just wanted to brighten up my face a bit!). She listened and checked in with me all the way through. Again, she delivered! I highly recommend her!
Frances at the Ulta Benefit Brow Bar at Fashion Fair is amazing. She is super gentle and knows all about eyebrows. She is also friendly and is really flexible if you need to change your appointment or service. I highly recommend her! I will continue to book with her forever!
