Went in about 40 minutes for closing and the employees wanted nothing to do with me. I will go somewhere else. They seemed really preoccupied with leaving… I understand, but it’s also the holiday season where people are trying to fit in their holiday shopping and I was looking to spend some money. I also asked several questions and felt pretty dismissed. I am going to try a different store, maybe I will get better service.
Came in to exchange a candle as i was told before i would be able to later on, an as i approach to, i was told i needed to pay the difference, due to the fact that the candles were no longer on sale anymore ..i said well i never had to before, an i said well they shouldn't have told me i would be able to exchange them later an still get the dale price.., i was told by the manager that it was a new rule🙄an also that all candles went up this year🤔i dont know what the big deal was,i stated other locations had let me, an i was told they were not sopose to let me, i asked for a manager an was told she was the manager, i do not know if she really was, but if she was , maybe she should think about maybe looking a lil more presentable I have went in before an seen her have hickies, lol wow way to go manager, she is the lil short white one, the plain jane one..maybe she wasnt getting any 🍆 anymore so she is grumpy now ..🤷♀️ anyway i will not be taking my business at this location anymore..i thought they wre all 26.95 i see some 24.95
Sabrina and Danielle J were so rude to me when i had multiple coupons to use. Im a understanding person so if something doesnt work, i leave it alone after the first try. I felt like sabrina was yelling at me with her zone of voice and im standing right in front of her. I felt like they didnt want to help me. I asked one question about a 25% off and I was told I can use it. but the way they answered me was not kind. The other locations are always so helpful and so kind but this location makes you feel like you cant shop without being judge. please do better.
This store in the fig garden has much more items then the other stores. Thwir employees are so friendly and helpful.
Manager does not know alarm code. People lining up outside while she's making jokes about sleeping in. Yup people walking away. It's 10:15. More people leaving. She said she's opened and closed. As new manager ud think knowing the alarm code would be high on her list of things to know !! People not happy at all !!
