Gift card problem! I went to River Park location to use the gift card, but they denied me from using gift card. They said they have to convert to ecard and I have to wait several days. Manager called customer services and he was told they don't see money on the gift card. I got several gift cards from my co-workers as retirement gifts and I didn’t have any problems using gift cards from other stores. Other stores just scan and buy things with physical gift card, no nonsense ecard conversion requirement. Bath & Body Works are aware with issues with the gift cards with many other people, but they are still keep using problematic cards and denying gift card funds. They are robbing people’s money by denying people from purchasing products with gift cards. I wouldn't buy Bath & Body Works gift cards to save my loved one from dealing with this kinds of hassles. To be fair, cashier and store manager was trying to be friendly and helpful. I will not buy gift cards from Bath & Body Works!
everyone was nice but the lady name markie at register is RUDE. She has an attitude when explaining how the coupons work. Like girl, if you're unhappy why are you working in customer service??? She gives off bad vibes and that sets the tone for the store. Herndon store is better than the three other locations in Fresno.
Bath & Body Works isn’t only an affordable place to get colognes, perfumes , body and facial lotions or even candles . It’s always pack with customers because of their unbeatable daily prices where the sales could reach up to 80% off its Original price. Their staff always welcoming and periodically offer you assistance. The pictures identifies their sale and imagine this is an everyday. Two employees offered me help and sure I was helped and updated with their existing sales . Jose, Clarissa and Monica were outstanding and helpful .. highly recommend this place for quality and affordability instead of buying an expensive fragrance and end up paying a hefty price only for the name. I definitely recommend bath & body works … try it before you buy it …
Me and my sister go in and we dont even get greeted or get asked if we need any help. I was like okay whatever maybe they just dont do that at this location. A few minutes later other people come in and they immediately get greeted and are asked if they need any help. One woman in particular kept giving me and my sister dirty looks. I realized that they purposely did not greet us. We left because we felt uncomfortable, do better.
Wonderful service today! Yesterday I received the buy 3 get 1 one free and today I noticed there was a 3 for 3. The associate was kind enough to retrieve the extra 2 items and complete the transaction.
