Mary Jane was so sweet and nice to me at check out! She helped me find a cute handsanitizer holder and made everything quick and painless. The store was really well organized, and for fragrance week they had an awesome sale. The new Disney princess collection is very adorable. Will definitely be back the next time I get a break :) 10/10 recommend.
everyone was nice but the lady name markie at register is RUDE. She has an attitude when explaining how the coupons work. Like girl, if you're unhappy why are you working in customer service??? She gives off bad vibes and that sets the tone for the store. Herndon store is better than the three other locations in Fresno.
Listen up people! I go to bath and body works regularly but there is one employee that absolutely stands out! Her name is Gabriella and her personality and customer service skills are absolutely top notch! But that's not all, Carlos who is one of the managers is super kind and helpful! Everyone here is so friendly!
I gave them one star cause at least they got my order correct it was a challenge and it was a hassle. First time in their store was the worst experience ever first I called because I didn’t know where the store was located, and I told the woman she put me on hold knowing that their store is getting ready to close in 30 minutes and kept me on hold until I finally found the store and I walked in and let her know after I hung up. It was me that you put me on hold then her excuse was we got really busy which was a lie it was literally three people in their store and she was packing up cleaning up her Area around her register when I walked in then when I got inside, I told her I had two orders gave her my first and last name she asked me for the order number, which I pulled up when I tried to give it to her. She act like she had a attitude and was like hold on wait a minute and then ask me for my name again then when she looked in the back, she act like she couldn’t find my order then she found it and they were wrapped up thrown in two clear bags and I asked her why isn’t it bagged up properly like everybody else’s order and they only excuse she gave is oh sometimes we’ve run out of bags not excusable for me. Worst experience in my life. I would never go back. This store is unbelievable. At least the store at fashion fair treat you with respect and dignity and they’re always happy to see you this store. The women act like they were tired and they were ready to clock out not fair. Wished I never placed a order here.
Went in last night and was greeted by a sweet employee, however when it came down to paying I had encountered a very rude employee. As someone who has worked for bath and body works this person was not following the company policy of hospitality and was extremely rude. I don’t know her name because it wasn’t on her apron but she was extremely rude to me especially since I had greeted her with a nice smile. I always come to this B&BW and never experienced this type of rude energy before and I will definitely be emailing corporate because this is unacceptable! As a former employee I would always greet my costumers with smiles and not rudeness. The employees ID number was 3812653.
