Gift card problem! I went to River Park location to use the gift card, but they denied me from using gift card. They said they have to convert to ecard and I have to wait several days. Manager called customer services and he was told they don't see money on the gift card. I got several gift cards from my co-workers as retirement gifts and I didn't have any problems using gift cards from other stores. Other stores just scan and buy things with physical gift card, no nonsense ecard conversion requirement. Bath & Body Works are aware with issues with the gift cards with many other people, but they are still keep using problematic cards and denying gift card funds. They are robbing people's money by denying people from purchasing products with gift cards. I wouldn't buy Bath & Body Works gift cards to save my loved one from dealing with this kinds of hassles. To be tair, cashier and store manager was trying to be friendly and helpful. I Will not buy gift cards from Bath & Body Works!
Today I went to pick up my orders and 1 was ready for pickup but the other one was not. I was told I would have to come back, I live in Madera and going back for 2 items was not something I really wanted to do. The items I ordered were on the shelf, I asked an associate if I was able just to get the items. She asked the manager, and she said it was okay, they worked their magic to help me out. I thanked her profusely for her help, and the magic she worked for me!!! One happy customer for sure😊
I was shopping for someone else but was able to find what they needed. It's SAS time y'all! (Semi-Annual Sale for you newbies!) 75% off some items. Well worth the walk-in. Friendly staff, clean environment, aromatic atmosphere and extremely convenient location with PLENTY of available parking spaces.
Just came in for one item and I felt like I was being followed around the store by the male worker I always going to this Bath & body Works. I don’t think I would ever go back to here either out of order curbside or I will just go to the fashion fair location I don’t like the feeling of being followed around. I pay for my stuff I don’t steal I have money . Just felt like because I was black . Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable at this location . First time see that male worker there he was acting like he was doing something while staring at me weird. And yes I am quick to write a review too. I might take this to TikTok .
Honestly, I do enjoy their products. I spent over $100.00 on sprays and lotion and the clerk would not put it into 2 bags. I could have split the purchase and gotten 2 bags, but she very rudely said I couldn't have a second d bag! Seriously disturbed by this. A bag may be the reason I don't go back!
