I went to this store today with my mother, we purchased $175 worth of items. When we entered the store, we were asked by an employee if we needed help. We said no, we can handle it, went about our shopping. There were roughly 40 shoppers in the store. But every employee there decided to focus their attention on me. I have an ankle monitor (we all make mistakes, mine is visible. And it wasnt for theft!) and they acted like I was there to take the place for everything they're worth. I could not look at a display or touch anything without an employee in my face. At one point, one of them stood about six inches behind me just staring at me. Trailing me. It was obvious and sickening. I left in tears. I will never buy bath and body products again. Love the products, but to be treated like that for no reason other than judgment and prejudice is something I can't get past. DO BETTER!!!
The store is very clean , organized , and welcoming . I had a very good experience here . The female cashier was super friendly and kind . I didn’t get her name but she was so welcoming , helpful, and kind to me and my sister.
I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS! My new favorite scents are the Bake shop collection. They really smell like strawberry pound cake, coconut cream pie, raspberry jam donuts and chocolate covered cherries. It truly smells like chocolate covered cherries 🍒!! So when I arrived there were maybe 4 or 5 employees in the store cleaning and 2 customers. I had to wait 10 minutes in the line they had dressed up with an entrance and exit sign at each end, for them to clean the store. I mean it's covid-19 so waiting in line is normal. It was just strange to be in an empty mall waiting on cleaning and 2 customers before I could go into the store. Anyway all the employees were great. The store was stocked up and I found exactly what I was looking for.
I had a pick up, the lady at the counter had an attitude and kept making me repeat myself even though I was very much audible. She seemed annoyed with me. Then the soap they gave me was all sticky and covered in fingerprints. The girl at the door was nice and helpful though.
Great! Xmas deals!!!! $4.95 all aromatherapy today!! They just need to give better attention to all customers and not just when my bag was full of items to purchase and the deals not all employees knew the candles were excluded because one told me yes the other no at the check out. Then the cashier knew I had a coupon and didn't offer to help me think of my purchase. It wasn't until I got into my car and realized I could of bought the candle separately and used coupon with an additional purchase. I gotta admit I don't have this kinda problem at the 99 and Herndon location. I didn't leave as happy as I usually do after a $100 purchase.
