Very clean store, calm and helpful workers even during a big sale
I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS! My new favorite scents are the Bake shop collection. They really smell like strawberry pound cake, coconut cream pie, raspberry jam donuts and chocolate covered cherries. It truly smells like chocolate covered cherries 🍒!! So when I arrived there were maybe 4 or 5 employees in the store cleaning and 2 customers. I had to wait 10 minutes in the line they had dressed up with an entrance and exit sign at each end, for them to clean the store. I mean it's covid-19 so waiting in line is normal. It was just strange to be in an empty mall waiting on cleaning and 2 customers before I could go into the store. Anyway all the employees were great. The store was stocked up and I found exactly what I was looking for.
I had a pick up, the lady at the counter had an attitude and kept making me repeat myself even though I was very much audible. She seemed annoyed with me. Then the soap they gave me was all sticky and covered in fingerprints. The girl at the door was nice and helpful though.
Great! Xmas deals!!!! $4.95 all aromatherapy today!! They just need to give better attention to all customers and not just when my bag was full of items to purchase and the deals not all employees knew the candles were excluded because one told me yes the other no at the check out. Then the cashier knew I had a coupon and didn't offer to help me think of my purchase. It wasn't until I got into my car and realized I could of bought the candle separately and used coupon with an additional purchase. I gotta admit I don't have this kinda problem at the 99 and Herndon location. I didn't leave as happy as I usually do after a $100 purchase.
This place is the only reason I go to the mall anymore. I love the wide selection of products and the staff are always so friendly with me. They are diligent and keep the place very clean. It always seems busy no matter when I go.
