I want to start off by saying Beautologie in Fresno is truly the best team.Doctor James Knoetgen was the best surgeon he always made me feel comfortable. Alexandra was amazing. Office team was incredible. The whole staff everyone who preps you from start to finish were very professional and knowledgeable. I got a breast augmentation and so far everything is good.I was going nervous into this and the whole team made me feel so welcoming the day of the surgery and the through the whole process. At Beautologie The main focus is safety, your safety and overall results. I truly recommend Beautologie for any cosmetic surgical procedures.
my appointment today was with Jasmine the patient coordinator she was very informative. She knew everything about the procedures that I asked about. She answered all my questions very professionally and very accurate she went through everything step-by-step so I can understand all of the information. I’m a medical professional myself I thought what she did was excellent. She’s a very nice person and she’s very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend this facility and Jasmine to anyone who asked me.
I had an incredible experience with my breast surgery at this clinic. From the very first consultation to the day of the procedure I felt comfortable and cared for. The staff was highly professional and attentive, and Dr. Knoetgen ensured I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. The results are amazing and exactly what I envisioned. I feel confident, and healing was going well. I’m truly grateful for their exceptional care and expertise—highly recommend!

Pros: My service coordinator, Isabella, was fantastic. The RN, and medical staff were lovely especially when I was so nervous to go into surgery. My procedure went well. Cons: During my consultation, they tell you, that you can sign up for a procedure now to take a $1,000 off. But the offer doesn't last long. I felt pressured to sign up because I didn't want to lose the offer. I went from silicone to saline and was supposed to get reimbursed. They said it can take up to 30 days for it to be processed. I am on nearly day 45 with no refund. I had to reach out again regarding it. So if this happens to you, make sure you contact them again. I don't think I would have gotten my money back if I didn't reach out again. I just find it ironic that they are quick to take money but sloth speed to return.
