I recently gutted my kitchen , had to do all new plumbing replace old piping, new faucets they did it all. Also they replaced my old water heater and installed a new one. I thought the quality was good and the pricing was equal to it. I found there crew to be very professional and friendly i mostly dealt with abbot he was a really nice guy he made the whole experience a great one with his knowledge and professionalism. Id say im an extremely happy customer!!
Extremely unreliable, no point in missing work for a plumber that won't show.. The first time, they came to fix the leaky guest room toilet. We paid them, but the toilet still leaked and we had to turn off the water to that toilet. They did not show up for the next appointment. We rescheduled, again they didn't show. Their answering machine said they had a family emergency. We called again and explained that the toilet had been turned off for two weeks. They finally fixed it. A year later we naively gave them a second chance. They called and rescheduled for the next day, Then never showed up or bothered to call.
Had a shower replaced that took a reasonable amount of time. One of the workers, though, would stare at my wife if she was anywhere nearby, which was disconcerting. They got upset when we asked them to put back a vital piece of insulation several feet in size between the shower basin and garage water heater. Tried to get us to do it ourselves first, then finally put it themselves. Also left the shower drain pipe jagged and sticking ABOVE the level or the shower drain, meaning the drain rocks or sides off if touched! To top it all off, they basically demanded payment the moment they were “done,” not even offering an invoice or caring that the checkbook wasn’t available (never mentioned payment would have to be immediate). Also simply wouldn’t give a detailed cost estimate for the insurance claim.
