Front desk guided me to the correct information, room (1) in minutes. Where Mrs. Mary took all my information, very sweet and nice. Sent me on my way to the lab. She took me right in no wait. Jeff and his assistant took me right in and then had me on my way. Less than hour for everything. Usually any other place would be all day. Everyone here was very respectful, super nice and friendly. Management and all employees 5 stars excellent. Thank You
The billing dept billed out a claim with fraudulent codes. They did not follow medicare rules and regulations. When I called them multiple times, and finally spoke with the supervisor who agreed to audit the account never followed through nor pulled the acct from collections. The integrity of their bills have been compromised by not following LCDs written by Medicare. I will be contacting the OIG with the supporting documents to show how they committed fraud. Anyone who attends this facility - please have a professional check your bill before any payment is made.
I went in for shortness of breath and chest pains. Doctor did not even come into the room to examine me. He ran tests and then told me nothing is wrong and sent me home. Maybe spent a minute with me. Did nothing to determine what was causing the pain or shortness of breath. Worst hospital I have ever been in.

Nurses are amazing, almost always. And most Dr's. I've seen many Dr's because of kidney stones. There is a particular Dr that has no respect for patients and treats you like your dirt. I leave crying and untreated when he is there. If you are in real pain or have a serious issue, go somewhere else! Make the drive! It's not worth the trauma this Dr will put you through and make you feel unimportant and he is not smart at all he talks like he knows it all but gets everything wrong and cussed and it was just the worst experience I've EVER had and I've gotten unfortunate enough to have him several times. I'm a kind person and not a difficult patient. Trust me when I say go somewhere else. He won't help you and your going to leave more upset and worse off than you came!
