Had my taxes done in June 2020, yes, COVID time. Ar first glance it appears sketchy but the tax deadline was coming and he came recommended. He explained that it would take some time to get my refund...about 2 months. Fast forward to the end of September 2020, still no refund. Called to see what's going on (multiple times) and all he gave me was the IRS phone number to find out for myself. Despite me paying for his SERVICES, well, they apparently end once you paid and walked out the door. He kept saying that that was not his job but mine. Am not going back what-so-ever and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Something goes wrong with your taxes and you're on your own. Still, everyone forms their own opinion. Best of luck.
