It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

If you are disabled and/or have chronic illness and chronic pain - DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL or ER - Go to Kansas City Hospital or ER - they are safer for you and they'll take care of you, give you all the care you deserve and need. This hospital in parsons is NOT safe for anyone who's disabled - they will treat you like you're less than, like you're just an addict (when you're absolutely not) and you're "attention seeker - dramatic or exaggerating" when you wasn't especially if you're a female, they'll downplay your symptoms and dismiss you even if you have abnormal results. They'll put lies in your reports to make you look like you are the problem and appeared normal during your visits. Gather all your reports and review them, save them all. We were in disbelief, all this time we didn't know. We have never been through this in our hometown or in Kansas City. Protect yourself especially your disabled children. We care - You matter. Take care.
I spent ten days in the ICU and pulmonary unit I believe. The staff was very friendly and polite. They took time to help me find different levels of comfort as the days slowly kept creeping on but I maintained a slow but steady recovery from my battle with physical fatigue and learning to exercise my lungs and diaphragm to strengthen my will to breathe with more confidence and stamina. The hard work that began in their department still carried on in December the following winter, I finally met the challenge and on December 10, I started the battle that today has me still tobacco free and the new found ability to breathe and maintain better cardio and not having to fight to maintain the strength to keep helping my lungs and diaphragm work harder to be able to have better intake and stamina from better breathing skills that I was retaught and now possess. It was the never quit attitude of the staff that helped me build new confidence and courage to know that I was capable.
I spent 8 hours in the er last night only to be told they can't find anything wrong... I had a hysterectomy back in2021 due to precancer cells... Yesterday I started bleeding and soaking pads as though I'm having a period... And there's so much pain, like a lot of pain... I've been running a low grade fever as well... When I got to the er I was triage, all I was able to say was I'm bleeding g and shouldn't be due to the hysterectomy... The doctor spent maybe two minutes in my room and spent most of that time telling g me the er in my town, a small er connected to a clinic as we don't have a hospital here, would if been a better choice and that I actually need to see xyz doctor.. Mind you I told him my doctor earlier that day told me to go to the er if anything gets worse, and soaking my pads when I'm not supposed to be bleeding is bad... He ran a uti test and did a CT scan and concluded there's nothing wrong and sent me home after keeping back there in the room for over three hours... I'm still in a ton of pain, can't sit without feeling like I'm going to black out... I'm still bleeding even though I shouldn't be... But here I am nothing wrong with me and unable to get help because I have no money and the doctors love money not helping patients...
The doctors and nurses themselves are okay; a little slow, but okay. However, the financial department is a mess. In August, we set up an online payment plan for a bill (I get frequent kidney stones) as we've done this with other hospitals with no problem; our bill has been paid down each month (with email verification of our receipts), but they kept sending us "past due" notices despite making monthly payments. No other hospital that I've gone to for a kidney stone has ever harassed us this way. Ever. Yesterday, we got a "pay the full amount or we're handing this to collections" letter which is very unprofessional. They offer payment plans in the first place. We finally took the hit and paid the remaining amount (keeping the receipt as proof that we paid in full). But I'm not sure if they're missing the fact that we're on a payment plan, or if they're aware and ignoring it... and demanding the full amount despite this. If they want the full amount up front, don't offer payment plans. But since they do offer payment plans, take two seconds to look up the account number to see if monthly payments are being made. It's not that difficult. Either way, it's unprofessional and sloppy of the hospital considering one, they offer payment plans; two, we are very responsible with our bills.
Dr. Kayla Daniel’s and her nurse, Kelly are wonderful. I have had such a pleasant experience and they both truly care. I recommend her 100%.
