I went into the store yesterday for my birthday not expecting to get anything and all of the employees were so incredibly sweet! I got to try out a bunch of products (I didn’t know I could wash my hands in the sink so that was fun lol) and the girl that was helping me was so helpful and kind. She put some leave in conditioner in my hair so I could try it out and I ended up taking it home. 10/10 experience, definitely gonna go back for more stuff soon!
What happened to Daniel and the ladies that are usually there? Because the customer service has went down Drastically I walked in not one employee acknowledge me when I walked in. I grabbed my bath bomb and waited at the counter not one employee said I’ll be with you in a minute. You Should work On your customer service while being on the floor. The new set of team that you guys hired on needs lots of work you guys got rid of great people I do appreciate the little sample of the face scrub. The gentleman was really nice after he rang me up,

I absolutely love this place I always feel welcomed no matter the time of day I’ve also noticed a great strong development with this staff over the last few months the whole staff is absolutely amazing so I never need to worry about who’s helping me. I think her name is Amity (not 100% sure), but she has red hair, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met! I honestly started coming to this location just because of her. She always makes my day and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every product she recommended has become a must-buy for me, and I truly appreciate how kind and helpful she is. If I ever go to the store and she’s not there, I honestly get disappointed because she makes the whole experience 10 times better. She’s a gem, and this store is lucky to have her!
