What happened to Daniel and the ladies that are usually there? Because the customer service has went down Drastically I walked in not one employee acknowledge me when I walked in. I grabbed my bath bomb and waited at the counter not one employee said I’ll be with you in a minute. You Should work On your customer service while being on the floor. This location used to be my favorite. I travel a lot so I always grab Lush goodies for a treat while gone. It used to be my absolute favorite self care spot. Recently I’ve tried visiting twice in the last month or so and the vibes are definitely OFF. They seem to have gotten a new manager or something, I don’t know the culture has definitely changed. I asked a question about a bath bomb since I’d be using it in a hotels tub and the associate acted first as if I was an imbecile for even asking, and when I tried to explain why I was asking they then treated me as if I was a drag and fully wasting their time. I never got an answer. I resorted to calling another (kinder) location. The other time I went there I was largely ignored until they seemed bored enough to ring me up. They seem to have lost their magic, the bright quality that made you want to be there. I don’t know what it is but I hope the vibes come back.
Very dismissive when looking for a specific product that used to be in the range. Told me to try something else that wasn’t close to the ingredients/product I was originally looking for. Seemed more interested in their phone then helping me check out also.
I think her name is Amity (not 100% sure), but she has red hair, and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met! I honestly started coming to this location just because of her. She always makes my day and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every product she recommended has become a must-buy for me, and I truly appreciate how kind and helpful she is. If I ever go to the store and she’s not there, I honestly get disappointed because she makes the whole experience 10 times better. She’s a gem, and this store is lucky to have her!
