We had a leak on our top floor coming down into the ceiling that we noticed. I called Monday morning and they were out first thing on Tuesday. Thomas and Wyatt where the two gentleman that came out. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally. This is at least the second time I’ve had Masons out (for other repairs) and they’ve always been great.
Mason’s floored me by how quick and helpful they were. My kitchen sink drain literally fell apart as I was trying to reconnect it. I gave them a call and they came right away. The plumber did great, quick work and we are so happy with the results. We will be returning costumers, if we ever need help with a plumbing issue again.
Amazing people, Came out last minute late night on new years eve. Not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed, gave tips, and things I can do my self to help the ongoing issue. Also gave a really good quote in comparison to other places on repairing my drain line (old pipe, caving in) couldnt ask for better help.
Highly recommend Mason's plumbing! Our hot water heater burst on a Tuesday evening. We called the emergency number (as listed on their normal business voicemail recording). I immediately got an answer and someone was heading my way within 30 minutes. Joshua Brown came to our house and was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and talked through possible options with us. But a new tank was ultimately needed. Joshua fixed the issue so we could at least have running water while our tank was out. They fit us into the schedule on Thursday with the new tank. Josh was very clean with his work. He even installed a water alarm in case it starts leaking. The price was also reasonable, under what we expected to pay. We will definitely call Mason's plumbing again for future plumbing needs.
I've used Mason's for several jobs on two different properties. They have always been prompt, courteous, and extremely competent. Work is done when promised, as promised, and so far, always within the quoted estimates. In the latest project, the water line connecting my house to the city water service broke, and in very short order they had a team of people laying a 270 foot water line through largely sandstone using a backhoe and jackhammer, and they had me back online within a day. I was extremely impressed and grateful! You can see in the pictures some of the sandstone they had to remove to get the line in.
