The level of customer service is terrible. I don’t know the guys name but based on all the bad reviews his name is Byron. Extremely rude to car audio customers and apparently he calibrates smart start. I was inside while a smart start customer came in and he was extremely rude and aggressive. Basically looking down on them since they got in trouble with the law. Those people that come to recalibrate is probably how he’s able to afford rent. To the owner or possibly co owner Villa that responds to all the bad reviews. This type of service is unacceptable and maybe you should reevaluate your business partner or teach him what ethics are. You both DONT deserve any business. Shame on you for treating people like trash.
Great guy with competitive prices. Easy to get to off 380 and open on Sat which is my only available day off. Local business owner as well. I prefer to support them instead of a big box store or an out of towner. A+
Byron is a very nice, honest and hard working man. I have had several issues with my smart start device, but he has been nothing but helpful in getting me taken care of. I will gladly make this my primary shop for any smart start, or electrical needs for my vehicles. His attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched.
After the wife got me a new head unit for Christmas, I was looking to have a place install it. Bestbuy had the worst customer service. Cartoys (the place that sold the head unit to my wife) wanted to charge an astronomical price just for installation….$767 Brought the truck to modern audio solutions and Byron took care of everything! Install Fixing a rat nest of wires from previous install from 13 years ago And even found out why my amp was not working!!!! FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT CARTOYS WAS GOING TO CHARGE!!!!!
