THE . BEST . CUSTOMER . SERVICE We were a party of 3 for lunch with one person in a wheelchair. The Access Taxi to pick us up was 60 minutes late and in the long wait my mum in the wheelchair needed the bathroom. Access to the bathroom was difficult to get to due to a steep driveway and the staff went well beyond what was required to assist, they were empathetic to mum's needs and helped us wheel her there. The staff showed a genuine effort and concern in assisting us. Oh, and lunch was lovely, it was tasty, quick service and very affordable. THANK . YOU . QUARTZ . CAFE ! WHAT . A . GEM !
We used Quartz Cafe to cater our baby shower and had a fantastic experience. Communication from the initial enquiry through to collection was seamless, and the service was amazing. On collection, the team kindly brought all the boxes out to my car which was such a thoughtful touch as I was on my own. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing catering for an event.
The food was delicious, the vibe of the store was so great. And the fact that it’s a family-owned business too. My only issue was when I first entered I was greeted very bluntly. But I would also maybe think it was a bad day for them. When collecting my food, and after thanking them they seemed to warm up a little bit. Overall very good.
I had 7 hrs to kill while waiting for my cars major service to be completed. Thought I'd go for a wander to see what's around. Came upon this cozy Cafe that seemed very popular. Wandered in to peruse the menu and ended up staying for the Tradie Burger and Long Black. I chose to sit outside to watch life pass by. Was served my order within 5 minutes, as busy as they seemed. Holy moly, the burger was well worth the price. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made the perfect break for breakfast.
Food and coffee was awesome definitely would come back but the staff didn’t make me feel entirely welcome. I was being nice with a smile but the blonde lady was blunt and gave me disgusted looks for my whole visit like i was an alien or something. She didn’t do that with anyone else but me like i wasn’t meant to be there.
