Went in this pm with a return. Girls had no clue about returns and didn’t want to bother their manager Jessica to ask because she was on vacation. But according to the girls there you if you have a return you have to return it at the store you bought it even if their skus match. So if you purchase out of town make sure you’re keeping the product i guess.
I just stopped by to return an item that didn’t work out for me, but the employee told me that I was unable to return anything without providing an email and a phone number. I am not signed up for their rewards system because I am NOT interested. I asked if I was going to get emails/mail for providing my personal info and she said “no.” I just checked my email and received an unsolicited email from Sally’s. Sketchy behavior from the employees here.
Wow. I went to this Sally's and got a cup full of bitchy. I wanted to return an item because it was the wrong shade. This short gal with penciled on eyebrows was so rude I couldn't stay in the store for less than a minute. I don't know how she works at a beauty store, she was almost as ugly outside as she was inside. I'll drive all the way to Fresno and take my business with me!!
Never again will I go to this Sallys. The girls working there think they are to good to interact with the customers, all they seem to be doing is talk to each other.
