I just wanted to drop a review because today when I went in for hair dye n stuff the two ladies working were super helpful and cool and you don’t get that a lot these days. Wish I would have got their names, but Friday at about 5:30pm is when I went so… thank you, ladies 💖
I went in the store the other day to return a can of color spray that I was not happy with. A young lady by the name of Adrian helped me, she talked over me the whole time I was there. Then proceeds to ask me if I have a dog. I said, why are you asking me that? She said her dog pooped on the couch this morning. Then she signed me up for your loyalty program. Even after I told her I did not want to be part of that program. All I was doing was doing a return and wanted my refund and go home. And then I bought two small tiny lotions that were at the counter . When I got home, the lotion had been open and it was half gone. Very strange and annoying experience ! Needless to say! I won’t be back!
I’ve been listening to complaints from friends and customers about this location. I couldn’t believe it, so, I tried to order for curbside pickup. Now, I fully understand that people can be busy during this time of COVID19 .. but here’s what happened. I called four times before someone answered. I asked her if she carried LED lights for setting gel polish. She said yes but she wanted my phone number. I asked why and she said that everyone went to lunch at one time leaving her alone and she would have them call me back when they return .. How many sales does Sally’s lose in a day?? I’ve watched customers stand outside with people inside completely ignoring them .. The owners of that Sallys must be super proud to read this review
I will always be loyal to Sally's the manager of Sally's on West and Shaw has always been there greeting me with a smile helping me find everything I need and giving me the advice I need to make the right decisions about my hair care and the staff is helpful to. I am looking forward to the day when I can come back into my Sally's beauty supply I miss the friendly smiles and great advice. Curbside pickup has went flawlessly for me I have had no issues I have been able to pick up all of my monthly supplies 2 months in a row but still looking forward to the day I can walk back in and be greeted with a smile and a hi welcome to Sally's
I used to like coming here til tonight. After dealing with an employee who couldn't even give me beauty advice let alone exchange my items so I'm able to use my coupon since I know 3 damn box dyes plus 16 oz developer is more than $20. I'll definitely be coming somewhere I can actually get beauty advice and better customer service.
