This past Wednesday I was in desperate need of a product at 7:50pm. I called and explained my situation, and asked if it would be possible for me to come and grab the product even though I would be getting there two minutes after closing. She asked me which product I needed, then told me she could accommodate me. Awesome! Great! Except no, I got there exactly two minutes after closing and she REFUSED to help me, literally wouldn't even talk to me even though I told her I was the one who called. Now mind you, I would've completely understood if she told me on the phone that she wasn't able to help. I would understand that, it's not her fault, just company policy. My issue was the fact that she essentially lied to me, and wasted twenty minutes of my time for no reason. I ended up going to LUXYL beauty supply and they helped me out so shoutout to them. I used to go to Sally Beauty very, VERY often but after this I'd rather go to another local supply shop (way cheaper prices too)
Had a great experience checking out this Sally's the other day! The store was really clean and the staff were really helpful and kind, especially Ari, who helped me pick out some products I'll definitely be coming back in for to buy again. :) I managed to get in when there weren't any other customers around so the store was really chill. A lot of items were on sale so I'd keep an eye out for that! ❤️
Really unprofessional customer service. One of the clerks with teal hair kept following my kids and me through the aisles asking if we needed any help. Felt very profiled. My young son opened a bottle of shampoo and accidentally squirted some out as he was attempting to close it. Right away, this clerk came up out of nowhere and told us we couldn’t be opening the bottles to smell them. Most people smell shampoos before splurging on a $30 bottle. However, I didn’t know my son had done this, so I asked him if he had done that and she interjected as if I was talking to her and said, “Yes, I saw him do it!” I said, “It’s fine, I’ll pay for the shampoo. It was humiliating and felt very discriminatory. It’s not what she said. It was her approach (following us around probably because we were dressed down, and how she expressed herself (tone)). I have been shopping at Sally’s for many years but no more. I will never set foot in that Sally’s store ever again.
Went in to get color for my kids for the summer and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They got me everything i needed to get the job done. The colors came out wonderful, will definitely be back
I went in to buy bleach for my hair. I happened along 50% off hair irons. I wanted one that didn't ring up as said. The gal behind the counter checked several different ways. She found the 50% listing on the one I wanted! Thank you so much for the extra you did for me today...
