I just had to put a review and I am so sad that I never got her name because this girl deserves a raise or something. I came in Tuesday night around 7:50pm. In my whole life I’ve never had someone color match me correctly so I was trying to do it myself and just couldn’t figure it out. Asked for a girls help, I think she was around 5 foot and dark hair with full face makeup which was flawless so I figured it couldn’t hurt to get her help. She color matched me literally first try and found a setting powder that was perfect first try again. Literally I have never loved my base more than I do right now. Took her brush recommendations and I used my points for a blush. And if you’re reading this girl I know we said it might be a little orange but I actually love it. I got so many compliments on my makeup and even my mom and dad noticed. 10/10 Thank you so much!
I have to say, this had to have been one of my best experiences in any business. Sarah and Kate were very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. They listened to what I needed and recommended products. These 2 ladies made me a return customer!
I originally went to Ulta, I was in the market for a new look, no one even acknowledged me, so I headed to Sephora and man am I glad I did! Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable even with a 3 man crew they got the job done! I was greeted from the second I walked in!!! Chelsey did a great job of listening to my concerns and showing me how to use each product! I am so happy I stopped by and can’t wait to use all my new products! Not just one but two times I was greeted by the same employee and she was very helpful, very informative, very respectful and resourceful, her customer service goes the extra mile, plus she remembered me and my friend the second time we went, and both times she was super friendly and helpful and the whole time with a smile and happiness. I had a great shopping experience with Jess. She colored match me, guided me and was able to help me find everything I needed for my purchases. She has such a bubbly personality and super easy to talk to. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays but Jess delivered that. The reason why im not giving a full 5 star rating is because how understaff they were. I understand everyone is busy helping others so i waited a little longer but thats retail for ya.
