I lost the receipt for my survey but I hope this review helps. Jasmine was such a great help and delight when I went! She had a great smile, fast customer service, and had such a wonderful personality. I hope she’s still there and that I can get some more make up help from her.
Update: Beware, if you have a SEPHORA gift card they don’t take them. Tried this place again and officially won’t return. Not enough employees. Wanted to buy two bottles of cologne, a perfume and a cologne gift set and never received help after asking and waiting a while. Others were helped before me so I left. There wasn’t even a cashier to buy what I had in my hands. Holliday season is here and one employee to assist customers isn’t gonna go well.
If you want a great Sephora experience where the people that work there are super nice and all around amazing, go to the one at Fashion Fair. If you live close by and need convenient, go to this one. The associates are so unfriendly I felt uncomfortable being there. In the future, I'll just take the extra drive time and go to the Fashion Fair or River Park one. They got 3 stars because they had 2 of the 3 things I went there for.
Walked around looking for products. 4 people working not one of them offered assistance. I asked one of the workers a question and received a one word answer and no further assistance. I left and went to Ulta. Customer service was non existent.
