Customer service is a hit or miss. Some workers are good while others are off putting. When it’s really busy it feels like younger clients like me who look less likely to spend money receive impersonal help. Not sure how to explain it. The older clients received thorough care when I walked past multiple aisles. Two girls today helped me and they seemed less than thrilled when answering questions about setting power. I hate to say it, but I expect a smile when I ask a question. Not a blank stare. It was giving mean girl. There were no follow up questions, that even I, would have asked a stranger. Ie what’s your skin type, what’s the look you’re trying to achieve, this is better for day this is better for night. Sure the two employees answered my question but the genuineness you’d expect from a Sephora was missing. Very blah. In comparison River Park is always warm even when they’re busy. Employees there make conversation.
These girls here are AMAZING! Daysha is beautiful and she did such a great job finding me the perfect fit for my face! The river park store doesn’t come close to this one. These girls here know their stuff and are SO KIND! Thank you so everything!
Went in for some sunscreen and was helped by Cristian. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and so patient!! I left feeling confident in my choices and learned some important facts on ingredients and my skin type- that no one had ever happened to explain to me.
