Horrible appointment desk, they are not friendly at all, and they don't guarantee that you will be able to keep your appointment if it is a month in advance. They cancel your appointment and as it is, it is very difficult to get an appointment for services you have paid in advance. Would not recommend this place.
Emailed Kim Burgen for a quote and she just ignored my questions. I emailed her again today and never heard a response. Very unprofessional. EDIT: it's not a one day response. It was way back in JULY. I was going through my email (Junk/Spam)and realized I have never got a response back so that's when I emailed her "again"
