Triple S came out on a Sunday after we had been dealing with another septic place for over 2 weeks that would not return our calls or even get back with us. We had an issue on Christmas Eve Eve from an internet company that drilled a fiber optic pipe through our sewer line causing major issues. They came just before the holiday because they knew we had family coming in to take care of us. We appreciate them getting us in and getting it taken care of quickly. We would highly recommend this company.
I was in a major bind because my toilets would not flush. It happened on a Friday afternoon when rain storms were coming in. Another company had promised me that they would be at my house late afternoon, however they never showed up and would not return my calls. Triple S called me that evening and asked if I still had problems. When I told them that the other company was a no show, he told me that they would be there the next morning. Absolutely wonderful service! Went above and beyond to get our plumbing/sewer line fixed the right way after discovering multiple bad “repairs” we didn’t know about. Worked for 8+ hours on a Sunday, and well past dark to get us taken care of. Highly recommended!!
