It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

I was in the perfume section when the manager, a thicker Hispanic lady with glasses who was very plain looking, helped me. She was nice at first, but as soon as I got to the register and she realized I was an employee, her attitude completely changed. I put my return items on the counter while holding the products I wanted to buy because I was planning to do an exchange. She told me I couldn't return my items at their store and asked why I couldn't just return them to the original location. I asked if there was a reason I couldn't return them at a different store, and she said they "just don't like to mix it." So, I put my return items back into my bag and placed only the items I was buying on the counter. Then she asked if I wanted to do an exchange because, if so, she could process it. That was frustrating because it was obvious from the beginning that I was trying to do an exchange. Instead, she gave me an unnecessary attitude until I put my return items away, only to then offer the exchange anyway. I should have just left the products on the counter and walked out instead of supporting that store. It's already out of the way, and compared to the other Ulta locations nearby, it doesn't seem to get much business.
I went to this Ulta after having a bad experience yesterday at the Ulta in Riverpark. I was greeted by Jonathan who asked if I needed any help. I told him that I was looking for some products as I couldn't get them yesterday. He took his time to explain every product including placement and shade matching. He even had me place the products on my face so I could be familiar on how placement and technique. He kept asking questions to ensure I understood and felt comfortable with the products. Although it was 3 employees working, he didn't make me feel like I was being rushed. He was very attentive to me and the customers that were coming in. I was extremely grateful for his assistance as I was pretty disappointed on my previous experience at the other Ulta.
Had a horrible experience where I was basically forced out, while trying to make a big purchase for my makeup kit since I freelance. It was 2 minutes passed closed time, I had my items at the register and was glancing at the travel size items IN LINE and was told I was not allowed to look any further per company policy by Jonathan. Jonathan had already been following me around 5 minutes prior to 8 rushing me to the register. I did not appreciate that at all, I’ve worked in customer service for many years and have never treated a purchasing customer with such rudeness. The two girls at the register handled things with grace and I appreciated their kindness in a moment full of straight unprofessionalism.
Honestly, I hate this Ulta. The staff is consistently rude. If I do shop at this location, 99% of the time it’s to pick up an online order, and even then they find a way to be rude. Ulta as a whole has really gone downhill and this location is a perfect reflection of that.
Had the worst experience ever & coming from someone who used to work at Ulta it was very upsetting. Jonathan basically kicked my friend & I out of the store & I have NEVER experienced something like it. He basically kicked us out from the beginning of us getting to Ulta. Instead of being greeted I got greeted with “Do you need any help just to let you know we close in 10 minutes” then again “Just reminding we close in 5 minutes” & kept repeating that to other customers as well. What happened to announcements to the whole store instead of getting followed & harassed? We weren’t trying to make them over stay or take long, mind you we checked out 8:03…. When I worked for Ulta we were never allowed to make our customers rushed during their shopping experience or tell them they had to leave since they were closed. We would always finish a sale & waited for them to check out. He was super rude & told us when we were in line to check out while we were looking at any travel items we wanted to add to our cart that we could not look further & had to leave….so upsetting. The two other cashiers there were very apologetic on their part for his behavior, which they had no fault in it at all.
