Very friendly and knowledgeable with products in Lancome section. Ulta you have gold there. I will not begin to tell you my ticket price. But it was worth it. To see my mom happy her Pre Mother's Day gift and my full facial make-up application Alexis did beautifully. Thank you and we will be back for those lip liners 😊
I recently visited this location for a teens beauty 'emergency' with my husband. The lack of service was disappointing from the start; we walked the store looking for pimple patches while staff chatted or walked past us without offering assistance. When I reached the register, the experience turned from unhelpful to hostile. While the initial cashier was fine, she walked away mid-transaction to answer the phone. I then stood at the counter with my cash laid out, waiting for the manager, Susan, to assist me. When I politely asked to pay, she responded with, 'Well, I am waiting on you?' in a condescending tone. When I pointed to the cash already on the counter, she scoffed. She then proceeded to prioritize another customer, completely ignoring me while I waited for my change. When I mentioned that her behavior felt rude, she simply replied, 'I am Susan, by the way,' offering no apology. This was a disrespectful and unkind interaction that ruined what should have been a quick trip." The lack of help, kindness and customer service is beyond words.
Went to shop because the store had free gifts I spent well over $125 to receive my gift so I ask the employee for my gift and an she brings me to another employee a Mac employee for help and the girl was so rude to me and her coworker saying she was irritated basically dismissing me and her coworker, so im just standing there looking confused on what I’ve witnessed and I’ve never witnessed such behavior at an Ulta before, the first employee was professional but managers really need to do some one on one coaching with these girls, I’ve never been denied help by an employee. The first employee that was trying to help me apologized for her behavior which was the only positive besides my free gift. I’ll shop at a different location.
My husband opened a new credit card hoping to save big on the Dyson air wrap. Boy, did I tell you it was a hurdle!!! Monique was very patient, even through the holiday shopping. The Dyson I wanted was sold out in the central valley, so we tried different locations, also sold out, we tried ordering online, not possible, I almost walked alway empty handed. She suggested alot of different avenues and didn't gave up on me and my husband as a guest. Literally great communication, eye contact, solutions after solutions, very patient, and everything you need in an sales associate during the holiday shopping. I know for a fact most associate would have given up in 2 minutes, she stayed and helped me for at least 15 minutes to make sure I have a magical Christmas. I want to thank her for her kindness and the manager Emmanuel for the most wonderful shopping experience. Thank you.
