I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Ulta! Juju and Lori were absolutely amazing. I originally went in just looking for a concealer because I was a little shy to ask for more help, but they were both so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to help me find my bridal makeup products, and I honestly loved everything they recommended. They really paid attention to detail, made sure the shades matched perfectly, and checked in to make sure I felt confident and happy with each product. I truly appreciated their patience and genuine care—it made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Juju and Lori, for making me feel so supported and helping me find exactly what I was looking for!
Went in one time for help with a good non cakey foundation. The girl that helped me was not friendly thw only thing she stated was that MAC could color match me, I told her MAC was not right for my skin I have tried it. She just starred at me. Thanks for the help, not. I sont usually post u less I have a good review but this girl was just eh. Idk if its cause I'm not all fancy or what, but it was not an enjoyable or helpful experience.
Literally was walking around with my husband after a long day of work and was so excited to redeem points and shop! Every employee was following me around asking if I needed help, staring at me and acting like they were organizing shelves. Racial profiling is real unfortunately. Best part was, the doors went off when I exited with my purchase. Do better Ulta. Making customers uncomfortable isn’t it. No longer shopping here. Oh and apparently they ID now :)
Hi yall! First time trying self care as a busy mom and full time nurse, I was scheduled with Sydney for a full root with partial highlight and she has been awesome in identifying what I wanted, am looking for and honest about time and outcome with my currentlydyed hair. She's super sweet and id recommend her as a stylist if youre coming to the Ulta Salon. Super attentive and detailed oriented. Alsoooo.. shout out to the front staff for being so kind and even walking me to my appointment- salon area- Great overall experience
I had a really disappointing experience at Ulta. The employees came across as rude and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, they seemed more interested in standing around and talking to each other. When I tried to ask a question, I was met with attitude and barely any effort to assist me. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. The overall vibe was very conceited, like they thought they were above helping anyone. Customer service should be a priority, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Do not come here if you want to be treated like you're a peasant to them
