I had a great experience at Ulta Beauty while shopping A staff member named Kourtine assisted me throughout the entire process, and she was extremely helpful. She spoke very respectfully and took the time to explain each product in detail. Her knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this store because of her.
Today, my friend and I visited the Ulta at Fashion Fair looking for the Dr. Malaxin stick. Jazmine was working alone at the counter, so we asked if she could help us find it. Unfortunately, she was not very helpful and made us feel like we were bothering her by asking for assistance. When she told us the product was out of stock, we asked if there was a similar product she could recommend. She didn't seem interested in helping us or offering any alternatives. I was disappointed by the level of customer service we received. Employees should be willing to assist customers in finding the products they're looking for or suggest comparable options when something is unavailable. Based on this experience, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I’m only giving it 5 stars due to Alayana’s amazing customer services. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly. She was in the fragrance area. I came to smell some newly released scents. She was super busy due to it being a Saturday. I told her that I can wait for her help due to multiple people asking for her request for help. I went roaming around and totally forgot about the perfume scent but she came and found me, sprayed the new scent from Armani on a tester strip for me. I’m so amazed she remembered. Alayana, your amazing customer services did not go unnoticed.
Is the absolute worst location ever. I had booked an appointment in advance just to get my hair done, called them and apologized to them for being late because parking was a nightmare, the person on the phone said okay I will let your stylist know and by the time I got there they canceled my appointment. In all my years I never gave poor customer service when i used to do customer service. The manager canceled my appointment while I was on the phone because she was the only one answering the phone. I know this because one of the other employees who also works there told me. Don't waste your time and money here. I have been going there for years and I will never go here again.
Went in to get a couple restock on my faves and may I say the staff was impeccable! Especially a young lady who I believe was named Susan? She was very kind and accommodating to my needs as a customer. I will be coming back!
