I have gone to WMCenter off and on since they have opened, I live in Independence KS. Staff has always been amazing, kind, and professional. As we know, every place people are employed there's the potential of imperfections however I have not experienced this as of yet at WMC. Be sure to know as hard as the people I have come into contact with there through the years trying to be professional as possible - I WILL say something to anyone I encounter NOT being professional, if that ever be the case. "Thank YOU" to the ones making a difference in a good way - who we see and DON'T see ;)
I had foot surgery at this hospital and highly recommend it. The staff is caring and accommodating. My nurses, Sammy and Joy, took such great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Eric, my anesthesiologist, was friendly and compassionate. He made sure to explain everything. Dr. Wesslowski performed the procedure well and kept my family informed of my progress. I highly recommend this hospital and its amazing staff.
One of the best experiences I've had in an emergency room with a hook buried in my thumb. No pain,very quick. I felt very comfortable and reassured by nurse and doctor. Very Good place and people.
My son had speech therapy at WMC rehab and all the staff there was absolutely amazing and SO kind! I was shocked that my son received mail from them wishing him a good school year and that they will miss him. Shows how much they truly care! ❤️
On January 16th my daughter Sarah Preset went into labor plus her water broke I called WMC told them we were headed in no time for Parsons. They jumped into action like the hero's they are mind you they don't deliver babies here. Sarah had the most AMAZING crew of Dr's and nurses EVER they safely delivered my 8.4 pound granddaughter within about 15 minutes of our arrival. I can't say enough nice things about this unique experience with WMC, except ya'll ROCK!!! The following up from different staff members is just heart warming ♥️ I just love our small town community right here in Wilson County Ks. Again THANK YOU from our entire family!!!
